Programme Manager
I have always been involved in the programming side of the radio business, regardless of role. As part of the management team at Channel 103 in Jersey, I work alongside the head of music to create the network playlist for Channel 103 and Island FM. Plan specialist music features, and react to social media music trends. Whilst ensuring Soleil Radio continues to grow across the Channel Islands, playing songs from the '70s to the '90s.
Alongside station sound, day-to-day management, talent coaching, and fresh talent identification. A big part of my role is to support the senior team with ideas and insight into industry trends.

I have a professional-grade home studio to produce radio shows, plus high-quality voice-over work.
As a long-standing member of Equity in the UK. I can only undertake projects on a professional basis.
